“Young players need freedom of expression to develop as creative players… they should be encouraged to try skills without fear of failure.”

Arsene Wenger

In line with FA Equality and Diversity Bristol Inner City Football Academy promotes inclusive participation and actively encourages girls to train and compete with boys – and vice versa – if the young player is comfortable and confident to do so. However, as per FA guidance, we also cater for a Girls specific environment, which supports recognised Equality, Sports Science and Coaching practices within the development of Social, Biological, Psychological and Physiological accepted differences between sexes.
