In line with FA Equality and Diversity Bristol Inner City Football Academy promotes inclusive participation and actively encourages girls to train and compete with boys — and vice versa — if the young player is comfortable and confident to do so. However, as per FA guidance, we also cater for a Girls specific environment, which supports recognised Equality, Sports Science and Coaching practices within the development of Social, Biological, Psychological and Physiological accepted differences between sexes.
